Screw Packing Line

This line has 4 different zones:

1. Turner: It is where we will place the product that we want to fit. Once loaded, we will lift it so that it supplies the product to a hopper.
2. Entrance: this area is made up of a belt that will be where the operator will deposit the empty boxes that they want to fill. It will also be the place where the boxes will have to wait until the weighing area is free.
3. Weighing Area: It is made up of a Siwarex module and some load cells, thanks to which the number of pieces in the box is weighed in real time. The drop of the product into the boxes is achieved by means of three vibrators that unload the product from the hopper to the weighing area.
4. Output: Once the box has been filled with the quantities of pieces designated on the screen, the box is pushed onto a belt that reaches the operator, who will be in charge of collecting them.
